There’s far more sensible ways for Victoria to go here – compulsory rainfall capture; all new homes to have rain supported plumbing and toilets; recapture of water across urban environments and stop forcing manufacturers having to dump water that they’ve cleaned, back down the drain rather than making it available for parks and other urban uses
