If my information is correct, the 14th of February is the start of the New Year and instead of the usual flowers and chocolates, you might be wise to invest in another gift for your heart’s desire

Because Feb 14 is the start of the Chinese New Year – the year of the Tiger. So all you people thinking about whether the timing is right to ‘pop the question’ on Valentines Day, keep one thing in mind – if you don’t the claws might come out!
