Assessing the Opposition’s Alternative NBN plan

There’s been much discussion about the perceived value or otherwise, and I flag my bias here upfront: As a small business owner likely to benefit significantly from faster download speeds and global business conferencing potential, I am really surprised that the Opposition have chosen what will very quickly become a sub-standard alternative.
